To excel in the mountains takes a certain type of character. You need a tremendous amount of strength, endurance and resilience to tackle the task at hand

There must be willingness to put in the hard work to build a strong body and mind and stay focused when the going gets tough.

You may be training for a specific race, event or preparing for the mountain sports season ahead.

You may have decided to take on a big adventure or multi day expedition and need to plan your training and build up.

Mountain athletes don’t train to look good or feel good, they train to succeed in one of the most hostile environments in the world.

I have coached mountain runners, alpine athletes, skimo athletes ,polar athletes and expedition teams to prepare them for achieving their goals and aspirations.

I have taken part in many mountain adventures and races, as a royal marines commando, athlete and guide and look forward to helping you in your journey.
